At Mystery Key, we carefully package and ship your crystals with love and intention. Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

• Processing Time: 2-3 business days

• Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

• Shipping Fee:

 – Free shipping for Australian orders over AUD $50

 – Flat rate shipping for Australian orders under AUD $50

 – International orders: shipping fee applies regardless of order amount

• Tracking: All parcels include tracking. You’ll receive an email once your order is dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.
