At Mystery Key, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the unique nature of our products, we kindly ask you to read the following policy carefully before purchasing:

1. All Sales Are Final

All crystal products are natural and may contain inclusions, cracks, or minor imperfections. These are not considered defects but part of the beauty of natural stones. We do not offer returns or refunds based on appearance.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and order number. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

3. Custom Orders & DIY Items

Custom-made bracelets, DIY sets, and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

4. 更改心意

如因個人喜好、尺寸不合或臨時更改心意，我們恕不接受退貨或退款。

5. 運費說明

已支付之運費不予退還。若退貨被核准，寄回商品的運費需由顧客自行承擔。
