🔁 Returns & Refunds

Due to the natural characteristics of crystals, minor inclusions and variations are normal.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the wrong item was sent or the item arrived seriously damaged.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package if there is an issue.

Q: Are all crystals natural?
A: Yes, we only sell natural crystals. Each piece has its own unique patterns, textures, and energy.

Q: How do I measure my wrist size?
A: Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it snugly around your wrist. We recommend choosing a bracelet size 0.5–1cm larger than your wrist for a comfortable fit.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
